At FractWorks, we embed deeply with our clients, joining your team just like a full-time hire. Our team will be available on your in-house messaging and e-mail systems just like a regular employee, joining your key team meetings, and supporting your executive team in designing strategy and making critical business decisions.
We dedicate a minimum block of focused, peak productivity hours each month to concentrate on results for your business. Our fee structure is a monthly retainer rather than hourly billing, so you’ll never get less, but you’ll often get more. We guarantee that you’ll see 2x the value of our time, or we’ll happily help you hire our replacement from our vast network.
